Planned Giving
Estate planning is the most
effective way for you to manage your assets
during your lifetime, provide financial security
for your family and loved ones, and make a
generous contribution to a charitable organization.
Careful planning can result in reduced tax
obligations. When making your estate plans,
you should consult with a qualified estate
planner, financial planner and/or attorney.
The Alameda County Health
Care Foundation accepts a wide variety of
planned gifts from our generous donors. A
planned gift is simply a gift from a donor
who has provided for ACHCF through some form
of estate planning. These planned gifts are
often in the form of bequests (a gift of cash
or property left through a will) or charitable
remainder trusts (a gift through a trust agreement
established while the donor is still alive).
In addition, donors can establish planned
gifts by naming the Alameda County Health
Care Foundation as a beneficiary of a life
insurance policy or a retirement plan.
You can leave a legacy of
kindness and compassion by arranging a planned
gift to the Alameda County Health Care Foundation.
Your long-term generosity will help support
the availability of high quality, culturally
competent health care to those most in need
in Alameda County.

Care Foundation, please call us at 510-437-8365.
